Large and substantial female with a notable head. Luxa is neutral to both male and female dogs, and gets used to new environments quickly. While she is social, she is also still very protective of her home and family against threats. She bonds hard to her handler and offers happy, upbeat obedience. Luxa has medium energy, and very high food and prey drive, along with a strong natural drive to retrieve. Her favorite reward is any toy and to play tug with her person. 
In protection she has nice rhythmic barking and genetically hard, solid grips. Luxa is a fast striking female with high fight drive against the decoy. She has a wonderful balance of prey and defensive drives, with natural aggression. Luxa also has a strong civil side but keeps a clear head and remains easy to control. 
Luxa has one of the best natural off-switches I've ever seen, especially for such a young dog. She is calm and clean in the house and crate, and settles quickly. No annoying or destructive habits. I believe Luxa will produce versatile and sound puppies that will excel in sports while also being safe and reliable family dogs at the end of the day. I look forward to seeing what she'll produce for our program!
